Digital Integrated Sales Funnel Workshop

Background:

Every organisation that exists for profit depends on its understanding of market; prospects and existing clients; to survive. The customer is the main revenue model and so it is important to activate activities and processes that will enable the business better understand and serve the interest of its customers.

Increasingly, the market of businesses is contracting (becoming smaller) and boundary-less by the introduction of technology which has become the biggest market place for sales. Understanding your business’ sales funnels helps to visualise the customer journey from awareness through to conversation and how to keep customers for repeat sales and referrals.

Understanding your business sales funnel helps with the framework for analysing the business’ revenue model and identify where to improve. Digitising your sales funnel is the single most important revenue activation for every business – you want to activate the part of your business that gives you money in a way that will keep you closer to your customer and prospective customers.

In our quest as a business support organisation, Tentmaker Ghana in collaboration with the German Institute of Business and Technology (GIBT) and our partners are providing this workshop for limited number of our community to help understand how to digitise and automate your sales funnel. We believe is an important workshop to boost sales and relevance of businesses who will participate in the workshop.

 

Goals:

  • To help develop a more robust, easy and scalable sales funnel through digital media & business tools.
  • Build capacity of Small Growing Businesses (SGBs) on how to market to prospects and determine the actual customers on the market.
  • Equip business managers, entrepreneurs and sales leads of SGBs on the vital statistics needed to build credible and strong customer base from awareness creation to winning and maintaining customers as a channel of sales.

  • Small Growing Businesses (SGBs) and other for-profit businesses.

 

Curriculum

  • Digital Marketing/media, Sales automation and customer acquisition metrics tools.
  • A one-day 3-hour workshop sessions with a short break.

 

Attendance Limited:

The workshop is limited to 25 participants.
